Our Bulldog News!!

Good-bye and Good Luck!

McKenney-Harrison students and staff bid

a very sad farewell to two of our most

prized and respected staff members. A

warm good-bye and good luck to Jill Hamil-

ton our speech and language pathologist

and to Betty Conrad our art teacher. With

a combined 65 years of teaching experi-

ence, their expertise will be missed !

Pioneer Day!

It’s hard to see it, but did you know that

all fourth grade teachers and students had

a Pioneer Day!? They made yarn dolls, can-

dles, homemade noodles, cornbread and

butter, cross stitching, tin punching, cal-

ligraphy, transportation with a horse and

buggy, quilting, soap carving and stenciling?

Student Leaders 2012-2013

Did you know that MCK-Harrison

students will be interviewing for

different jobs next year? We need

equipment managers, student lead-

ers and grade level helpers! More

information coming in the fall.

What a great way to foster leader-

ship and learning...
