All these she merits to God alone, in whose grace is always more than the trophies she had won. She is excited for another phase in her life; praying that she will be used by the Lord extraordinarily in her future workplace.

Graciel AbejoGracia, as we call her, is on her last year in college

student taking up Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education, Major in General Education, she is expected to finish her degree this 2013. Besides being one of the excellent students in their batch, she still manages to join extracurricular activities – part of school stage plays. She’s a real promising young lady in this field.

Besides being busy with lots of activities in school, she still exhibits enthusiasm in church ministries. She has been appointed as one of the team leaders in Children’s Ministry in Palangoy. Together with her partner, she was tasked to lead the team in brainstorming of lessons, planning and evaluating monthly programs. She is also in charge of training the assistant teachers in leading kids’ action songs. She has done a great job! She gives her all in taking care of the kids as part of her service to the Lord.

She is under Ems care group and is one of those young people who extends her help in youth fellowships and services.

Her family chose to be re-located in the province of Bulacan. However, since Graciel and her younger brother need to pursue their studies in the university situated in Rizal, the two of them will be staying here. It is quite a new experience for her; but she prays that this can come out as an opportunity for her to be close with her brother, Marjun. She is really very grateful for all the blessings her family received from God.

Kielvin Alcaraz

With his natural wit, he never fails to amuse his audiences with his clever perception and expression. One of the best youth speakers and Masters of Ceremony, Kielvin has stepped up from being just a learner to a promising preacher. Through the provision of God’s generous wisdom, this young man has grown in so much depth into the knowledge of His word.

Furthermore, he is one of the youth leaders who is responsible in planning & executing activities for fellowships, services and prayer meetings. He is handling the groups of boy teens. Changes have been observed with in these young boys and Kiel knew that this would never be possible without the work of Yeshua. As a cell group leader, he envisions that his kids’ will also be mature in faith and workers in the Lord’s vineyard.

Kiel has also been blessed in his academic standing. He, with his research mates, has finished their thesis. Though obstacles were met along the road, the Lord has sustained him, enabling him to submit the requirements he needed before taking his practicum. This summer, he will be doing his on-the-job training in institution for print and broadcast media. He’s praying that he’ll finish the internship program before so that he could comply with course requirements without any delays. After that, he’ll just spend another year in the university before he can finally earn his degree. Immediately, after that, he prays that he could land into a job which will maximize his potential and would give him just compensation.

He has been looking forward to that day when he can finally support his family financially His father would want to go back in his home town after Kiel’s graduation. If the Lord wills, they will stay in Batangas and Kiel needs to help his father in working to support his younger siblings in their studies.

More than that, Kiel has been eagerly praying that the other members of the family would also come to know the Jesus as their Lord & Savior, too. He is certain that no need will not be satisfied if each of them has Jesus in their hearts.

Helen Grace Ammen

Truly, her name holds true in her life as she experiences it from her Creator. This year, she had taken her pre-board examination as a student and through God’s generous grace, she passed the exams. As an incoming 4th year student of Bachelor in Secondary Education, major in MAPEH, she witnessed how faithful God is to her. With a still heart, she knows that He is the same God who will shower them blessings in another academic year ahead. She will be taking her practicum next semester and wishes to share the good news to every student that she will encounter. Besides heading the Compassionate Ministry of the church, she was also a part of the recently held Campus Ministry in which she was tasked to be a group facilitator. She also contributed her effort in DVBS 2012 as a teacher.

She is still under the care of Kuya Murel and Ate Eden. Besides that, Grace also handles a care group of young girls, all from Junior Y. It is such a joy for her to see these young girls developing holistically – especially in their journey of faith in God. She is praying that someday, as these kids matured, they will also envision themselves to be workers in God’s ministries. As she is zealously praying for her care group, she is also doing this for her family members. She earnestly desires that her mother and elder brother would receive Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. So as her husband. On the other hand, as a mother she makes sure that her kids would grow up into individuals who fear the Lord. Patiently, she teaches them the word of God and explaining them what Jesus has done for them in the cross. One of greatest joys a Christian mother could ever have is to see and know that her children will have eternal life in heaven with God.
