Dear Industry Colleagues,

A few weeks back we celebrated the 40th anniversary of HCL. In this four-decade long journey, we’ve covered some amazing milestones and grown at an exponential rate as a company but if you ask me what has really stood us apart are two key elements of our DNA. One is our ability to innovate and re-invent ourselves in line with the changing customer expectations and second is our strong cultural fabric steeped in the values of trust & transparency anchored around innovation and human relationships.

It is these unique genomes that are also driving our approach to the current inflection points in the IT Industry. As Enterprise IT gets disrupted by forces like Digitalization, Cloud Computing, Security, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Analytics, we are beaming all our efforts towards further increasing our

leverage of these disruptive forces in our existing service lines through A.I. enabled Automation and fostering new businesses that are quintessentially and not just incrementally relevant to a 21st Century Enterprise.

We are calling this our Mode 1-2-3 strategy.
