BRIEF ABOUT PEB STRUCTURE

Ÿ Pre Engineered Buildings (PEB) are the buildings

which are engineered at a factory and assembled at

site.

Ÿ Usually PEBs are steel structures. Built-up sections

are fabricated at the factory to exact size,

transported to site and assembled at site with bolted

connections.

Ÿ This type of Structural Concept is generally used to

build Industrial Buildings, Metro Stations,

Warehouses etc.

Ÿ Diwali Holidays so challenge of labour availability.

Ÿ Prolonged rainy season causing work delays.

Ÿ Locals nuisance

5,000 sq.ft of Shed Extension & Trimix Flooring of 5000 sq.ft. had to be done within 15 working days.

SOLUTION

Ÿ Constructed temporary ramp & alternative route for material movement

Ÿ Worked in 2 shifts to overcome labour shortage problem

Ÿ Locals issue mitigated after discussion & making them part of the project
