Digital Transformation
Definition :
The process of integrating and unifying all digital asset of a
business (either project or operation phase) by employing
information management tools based on new digital technologies is
called "Digitalization".

BIM & Digital TwinDigital Twin: is a digital replica of physical asset or process
Intelligent management of Engineering Information (e.g. BIM) sits at the heart of new Information technologies and is foundation of a successful Digital Twin strategy.

BIM (Building Information Modeling or Management)
Definition :
Process of designing, constructing or operating a building or
infrastructure asset using electronic object-oriented information
[PAS 1192-2 (UK Standard)]
Is a process involving the generation and management of digital
representations of physical and functional characteristics of places .
A BIM is a shared knowledge resource for information about a
facility forming a reliable basis for decisions during its life-cycle;
defined as existing from earliest conception to demolition.

For next phase, attachment of maintenance history to web based dashboard is foreseen
