• Fast Forward to 2010 – OIMT (now ETS) kicks off IT Transformation

• What is Broadbanding?– “It is the implementation of compensation tools
that provide for employee focused compensation adjustments in alignment with an organizations strategic and operational goals.”
• Implementation of the Executive Branch’s IT Broadbanding Pilot Project will be BUDGET NEUTRAL
• IT BROADBANDING IS A PILOT PROJECT!!!

career group• Transitions from 10 Pay Ranges to 4 broad pay bands:
