We review the exterior of buildings (3 story brownstones to midtown skyscrapers) to idenfy deficiencies, design the repairs and per-form inspecons during the execuon of the repairs. Responsibilies:

• Execute team processes• Perform on-site inspecons of current projects to ensure compliance with project documents•• Conduct weekly progress meengs with property manager/owner’s representaves and contractor to drive accountability and scheduled milestones• Produce meeng minutes, field reports, leak reports, and other deliverables • Maintain exisng client relaonships• Train with Associate Project Managers to enhance your technical and management skills• Meet our guaranteed 2-day turnaround

Qualificaons:

•• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/architecture or related discipline• A desire and drive to learn and improve• Display grit and determinaon to do more than the average• Excellent verbal and wrien communicaon skills
