Co-Teaching: What’s That? Discuss with your neighbor any
experiences that you have had with co-teaching.
Co-Teaching Sharing the expertise of two or more
professionals to create teaching and learning environment conducive to positive outcomes and teacher success.
Goals of Co-Teaching Enabling all students to gain access to the
curriculum. Sharing responsibility for planning learning for
all students. Sharing classroom space to increase learning
for teachers and students. Providing specialized learning instructional
strategies for all students. Enriching learning experiences to address
skills, interests, and learning styles. Increasing student achievement by maximizing
opportunities for student learning.

lesson more interesting, motivating, enriching or accessible for all learners?
