PUERTO  RICAN  BOXING  CLASSIC  –  SOUTH  PHILLY  

   

Presenting Sponsorship Investment: $4,000

PELTZ BOXING shall provide BUDWEISER with the following marketing, promotional, and media benefits:

• Exclusive BUDWEISER beer partnership (excluding liquor and energy drinks) & exclusive beer pour. Sponsor to provide any bar signage, menus, etc.

• BUDWEISER as the PRESENTING SPONSOR. For example, “Puerto Rican Boxing Classic presented to you by Budweiser, The King of Beers!...and Peltz Boxing Promotions…”

• Two (2) 30sec commercial spots during the 2-hour edited show on COMCAST Network and Comcast Sports Net. Commercials shown during replays of the event. 14 COMMERICALS TOTAL. Sponsor to provide the commercial/promo. Total homes 7.8M.

• BUDWEISER red corner pad in the ring with logo.

• BUDWEISER one (1) 3’x5’ cloth banner on the ring truss. *sponsor to provide banner*

   

 

• BUDWEISER branded time clock during the tv fights.

• BUDWEISER signage/banners throughout the venue. *sponsor to provide banner*

• BUDWEISER participation at pre-fight events such as the press conference. Happy hour specials, branding, etc. Location: Dave & Busters.

• Full-page BUDWEISER ad in the event program.

• BUDWEISER featured in email campaigns, media/press releases, and event updates.

• BUDWEISER logo and promo displayed on projection screen at the venue.  

• BUDWEISER logo on all marketing materials, print, and media advertising. Posters and flyers will be distributed throughout the city by Peltz Boxing street teams.  

• BUDWEISER will receive social media promotions to your locations via Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Over 35,000 local followers.  

• Link to Your Company Website and Contact Information on www.peltzboxing.com, www.ragingbabe.com, and www.bampromotions.com. Good for 30 days.

• Verbal recognition throughout the event. “Budweiser, The King of Beers!”

• Four (4) ringside seats and four (4) reserved seats.  

Terms & Conditions

• Payment: Payments are due two weeks prior event. Failure to pay fees when due may result in termination of this agreement. Made payable to Peltz Boxing.

• Limitation of Sponsorship: Unless otherwise noted, this sponsorship agreement is related solely to the quarterly boxing events to be held on Comcast Sports Net.

• License and Usage: Sponsor hereby grants Peltz Boxing a limited, non-exclusive permission to use Sponsor's name and logos owned by the Sponsor. Peltz Boxing agrees that the Sponsor’s information will be used only in connection with PR BOXING CLASSIC – OCT 2, 2015.

• Sponsor Understandings: No portion of the sponsorship payment is subject to being refunded for any reason except for event cancellation. This is an exclusive beer partnership.

• Termination: Sponsor shall not terminate this agreement without the approval of Peltz Boxing.

• Amendments: This agreement may be amended only by a written instrument executed by both parties.
