1 HOW TO ACCESS E-MAIL OVER THE INTERNET - WEBMAIL This simple and easy to use webmail provides web based access to a POP3 account. Does not require sign-up and offers a secure connection.

Step 1: Go to http://webmail.btisolutions.com

Step 2: Enter your full Email address (ex: [email protected]) and Password and then click on “Log in” button.



Step 3: Select desired “Web Mail” program.

You can choose a Webmail program according to your preference among Horde, Roundcube, and SquirrelMail.



2 HOW TO CHANGE EMAIL USER PASSWORD Step 1: Go to http://webmail.btisolutions.com

Step 2: Enter your full Email address (ex: [email protected]) and Password and click on "Log in” button.

Step 3: Click on the “Change Password” button in the bottom part of the page in order to change your password.

Step 4: Enter the password that you want to change and click on “Change Password” button.



Step 5: If you see a screen like the below, your password successfully changed.



3 HOW TO SET UP AN EMAIL ACCOUNT IN OUTLOOK(POP3)

Step 1: Open Outlook. If the Microsoft Outlook Startup wizard appears, on the first page of the wizard, click Next. Then, on the E-mail Accounts page, click Next to set up an email account.

If the Microsoft Outlook Startup wizard doesn't appear, on the Outlook toolbar, click the File tab. Then, just above the Account Settings button, click Add Account.

Step 2: Click Manually configure server settings or additional server types, and then click Next.



Step 3: On the Choose Service page, select Internet E-mail, and then click Next.

Step 4: Select POP3 and provide the following information on the Internet E-mail Settings page.

Incoming mail server: cp-14.webhostbox.net

Outgoing mail server: cp-14.webhostbox.net

Then, Click on “Next” button.



Step 5: On general tab, input Mail Account.

Step 6: On Outgoing Server tab, check my outgoing server(SMTP)



Step 7: On Advanced tab, check “This server requires an encrypted connection(SSL)“

Incoming server (POP3):995 / Outgoing server(SMTP): 465

Use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL

Select Remove from server after 14 days, then click OK button.

Step 8: If you see the message “Congratulations! All tests completed successfully. Click close to continue.” In the “Test Account Settings” window click “Close” button.
