It may be noted that only the regular candidates of I Semester and Supplementarycandidates ofI, III, V & VII Semesters have to submit the filled in examination applications(to be downloaded from thewebsite www.gitam.edu) along with a copy of SSC or equivalent certificate.

The regular candidates of III, V & VII Semesters need not submit examination applications. Detailed

time-tables are enclosed herewith.

Fees Structure for Supplementary candidates

1 Subject : 300/- 2 Subjects : 500/- 3 or more Subjects : 750/-

Late fee for submission of Examination Application:

Rs.300/- (upto 7 days after last date of submission)

Fee can be remitted either by Challan payable at Union Ban of India, GITAM Campus Branch,Visa hapatnam or by Demand Draft from any Scheduled Ban , drawn in favor of GITAM University,Visa hapatnam. Original DD / Challan has to be attached to the Application Form.

Candidates have to writetheir Name and Registered No. on the reverse of the DD/ Challan.
