Preparing  a  sample  for  standards  verification    This  simple  guide  summarises  the  information  that  centres  need  to  enclose  when  sending  a  sample  for  standards  verification.    If  sending  the  sample  through  the  post  you  should  use  the  Parcelforce  recorded  delivery  service  that  Edexcel  provide  free  of  charge.  You  can  access  the  information  regarding  the  recorded  delivery  service  using  this  link.      The  following  documentation  should  be  included  in  the  sample:    

1. Lead  IV  declaration                            

2. Learner  declarations  (One  for  each  learner  in  the  sample)        

3. The  Assignment  brief(s)                    

4. IV  of  assignment  brief  form(s).  NQF/QCF  Form  according  to  the  specification.
