OVERVIEW

The programme is vocaonally focused, using a wide range of business case studies and praccal examples. It is well established

and recognised across the UK by universies and employers. The HNC in Business programme is at QCF level 4, which is

equivalent to the rst year of an undergraduate degree.

Successful compleon of the HNC in Business could provide direct entry to the second year of a related undergraduate degree

programme at some universies. The entry criteria can vary between universies; it is therefore recommended that you visit

university websites or contact their admissions department to conrm their entry requirements.

Alternavely, successful compleon of the HNC in Business can lead to progression onto the HND in Business at ETC.

A Pass in vocaonal qualicaons, such as BTEC

Naonals and OCR Naonals (equivalent to one A level

pass)

Age 21 and over

No formal level 3 qualicaon required.
