Broadband Escalations PortalHow to Access

To log into BT Wholesale Portal enter www.btwholesale.com in url Browser. You will now see this screen.

Click on the Log In icon.

If you don’t have access to the BT Wholesale Portal then you can click on the Set up a new account and follow the screen.

Once you have your Credentials, you can enter it on this screen. Place a tick in the box to confirm terms and click on the Login button.

Once logged in you will come to this screen.

To subscribe for access, click on the Application tab.

Click on My Applications tab.

Click on Subscribe to other Applications under More Applications.

Scroll down to find Escalation and place a tick in Check Box next to it.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click on the Ready button.

You will see this screen confirming access request. Lead time for requests to be processed is 24 hours

Once approved, to access the application click on Applications tab.

Click on My Applications tab.

Click on Escalations under My Applications Section.

You will be directed to the Escalations landing page.
