Objective

• IAM Identity and Access ManagementSolution to standardize and manage User Life-cycle across the organization from a central location.

• SSO – Single Sign OnAllows users to login into applications without entering passwords. Their initial login session is leveraged for all other systems.

Overview :- 1. >> Login Page ==> User enters Username & Password 2. >> Login Mode Selection ==> Login Mode Selection 3. >> a) Google Authentication ==> Enabled

Need Google Authenticator & Any QR Scanner Application on Mobile

b) Security Questions ==> Disabled4. >> Google Authentication Code ==> Scan QR Code Put in Textbox (6 digit)5. >> Set Security Questions ==> Set 5 Security Questions 6. >> Self service Portal ==> Completed

Note:- User Must have Google Authenticator and Barcode Scanner For First Registration.• 1.Login on SSO Portal & Enter Password received on SMS.

1. my account locked what should I do ?

• If after 5 attempts of wrong credentials in IAM your account gets locked. • Wait for 30 minutes to get unlocked

Troubleshooting

2. During login QR code is not visible ?

Case 1:- Registration in SSO– Make sure that system must have internet connection.

Case 2:- Existing User in SSO– You have to enter QR Code you scan during Registration Process in IAM or last generated QR

Code.– If you lost old QR Code; you have to login using Security Questions and Generate New QR

Code.– Now After generating new QR old code will no longer useful.
