Rent Abatements
• Take the store back to bare shell, unless instructed otherwise by landlord or franchisor
De-Fit
• Remove all RFG signage as per RFG requirements. Must comply before RFG acknowledge de-badge.
De-Badge
All requests relating to the entirety of the premises or centre must first be requested by Franchisee/BDM at Centre Management level.
Any request that may place the leasing entity in harms way or cause friction with the landlord is to be raised to you Territory Manager and escalated to leasing.
