INTERNET EXPLORER BLANK PAGE
If the dealer receives a Blank Page after logging into Dealer Source using Internet Explorer Browser, please have the
dealer disable the Compatibility View Settings. Please see below for details:

Go to the Tools shortcut or Tools menu on the Internet Explorer browser and select the Compatibility View
Settings option
Once the Compatibility View Settings window opens, select jmagroup.com from the Websites you’ve added to
Compatibility View, then click Remove
Uncheck the option for Display intranet sites in Compatibility View if selected. Click Close

The Browser should automatically refresh to your Dealer Source home page

CANNOT ACCESS LOGIN FIELDS
If the dealer is having issues accessing the login fields in Dealer Source with the message “Click Here to Login”. Please
see below for details
Use your mouse to hover over the Login Window Frame
Click into the window with the “Click Here to Login” message. This will open a non branded JMA Group login
window
Enter your login credentials
Select Submit
Your Dealer Source home page will load

SAFARI FOR IPHONE AND IPAD
If the dealer is having issues logging into Dealer Source using Safari with any Apple device, please have the dealer adjust
the cookie settings within Safari. Please see below for details for iPhones and iPads.
Open Settings app/tile on your device
Go to the Safari menu
Scroll down and disable Block All Cookies

SAFARI FOR MACBOOKS
If the dealer is having issues logging into Dealer Source using Safari with any Apple device, please have the dealer adjust
the cookie settings within Safari. Please see below for details for MacBooks.
Open Safari
Go to the Preferences menu
Go to the Privacy option
Refer to the Cookies and website data section and then choose the option for Always allow
Have the dealer quit Safari (close all Safari windows and tabs)
Open Safari and then log back into Dealer Source

Go to the Tools shortcut or Tools menu and select the Compatibility View Settings option
