Factors in Aging • Well being & aging are strongly related to dehydration of the

The water that we drink • Tap water is dead water, it has lost its vitality, &

contains many chemicals like chlorine, fluorides,

antibiotics and growth hormones from farm runoffs,

which have reached the water table or water ways.

What is Water • The normal water molecule is made of 2 positive

Hydrogen and one negative Oxygen atoms

• They are normally bent at 107 degrees

• The formula is H2O

Hydrogen • We are (by volume) mostly made of hydrogen.

• Hydrogen is essential in nearly every chemical reaction

in our bodies. It helps maintain cell vitality and absorbs

free radicals before they can do more damage.

• Hydrogen SELECTIVELY eliminates free radicals. There are

actually 'good' free radicals that signal some body

processes and the hydrogen does not touch those.

• Most liquids that we drink today, even some water, are

acidic and 'dehydrating'. This causes the body to

become chronically 'dehydrated'. Dehydration seems to

Healing Powers of

Brown’s Gas

• The BG gas is bubbled through a fine porous stone to produce very small bubbles. The gas dissolves readily in the bubbler water

• This generates highly energised hexagonal charged water (HHO)

• The charge STAYS in the water for a long time. It is almost impossible to get the charge out of the water.

through a nasal cannula

Comments from GW • BG bubbled water seems to 'hydrate' the body like

nothing else on earth (except breathing BG).

Seeming to enhance all body functions.

• I've been drinking BG bubbled water almost

exclusively (few other liquids) since July 1, 2004

• Other people have independently verified the

efficacy of BG

• I have been breathing BG since 2016. It is totally

safe as the gas mixes with air when it comes out of

the cannula, and the concentration is not enough

for ignition

• DO drink a quart (litre) of BG bubbled water before

a meal, then wait 20 to 30 minutes before eating.

• This lowers the NEED for excess food to get your

hydrogen, helps the body increase it's metabolic

rate, provides water for acid formation to help

digest food and increases the density of the blood

to help nutrition reach the cells, etc.

• Sip BG bubbled water constantly during exercise.

You would be amazed at how much water the

body needs to work efficiently.

Recommendations • When you drink your water is important for optimal

health.

• Drink at least a quart (litre) of BG bubbled water

immediately upon waking up in the morning.

• Set up bottles and routine to drink your daily water

throughout the day.

• If you feel hungry, DRINK BG bubbled water first; as

much as a quart. If the hunger persists, THEN have a

light meal or snack. MOST people confuse thirst for

hunger.

• Your body is composed of 62% hydrogen. It needs

hydrogen for EVERYTHING. Hydrogen is your most

important nutrient. Water is the low calorie, low

carbohydrate way the body can get hydrogen.

• When you eat 'food' you also get hydrogen as the

bacteria in your colon break the 'hydrocarbon'

food apart into hydrogen and carbon; but food

also adds calories and carbs.

• NOTE: I've noticed that when I breathe the BG, I

don't feel thirsty. It's then easy to fall into the trap of

drinking too little water.

• PAY ATTENTION to this effect and be sure to drink

your BG bubbled water even if you don't feel

thirsty...

• I've found the COMBINATION of breathing and

drinking to be much more effective than doing

either alone (either alone helps, but both help

MORE).
