1. Welcome by Sergio Ascunce2. Added Louis Marks (BORA) and Brian Dillon (Town of Davie) to the Subcommittee
Members3. Approved minutes from last meeting, Wednesday, September 21, 20134. Selection of Vice-Chair – Jim Bickford, City of Pompano Beach5. Discussion: Interface and workflow between building departments and the Cloud Server
a. The subcommittee discussed the workflow for interfacing between building departments and the Cloud Server. The documents prepared and discussed are titled “Cloud Servicer Interface Strategy” and flow chart. It is recommended that these documents and recommendations be provided to the IT Subcommittee for consideration
6. A draft version of the Uniform Permit Application was discussed. Additional work is still necessary by the Subcommittee to further discuss is necessary to determine whether the property owner’s signature is necessary for all application or only for certain type of applications
7. Next Meeting – Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at 2:00-3:30PM in the Hearing Rooms8. Meeting adjourned at 4:00PM
