Why the need to change?• Our world is changing at the fastest pace ever in the history of

mankind• 4 out of 5 pupils starting school will enter jobs that do not yet exist

using technology that has not been invented• The top 10 jobs in 2014 do not exist at present.• 13 billion google searches each month• We will soon live in a world of foglets and blue goo• By 2015 you will be able to purchase a computer as powerful as the

human brain.By 2030 you should be able to upload your brain to a PC

• Nanotechnology means you will swap files by shaking hands, have memory implants to prepare for exams and wear clothes that will diagnose your illnesses.PCs or respyrocites will be in a blood cell

• Microsoft are currently developing reconnaissance or smart dust and other companies are 20 years away from nano assemblers which means you could email your child’s lunch to her
