Following a welcome speech by Mortgage Business Director, Mr. Goh Ching Chee, the celebration kicked off with a series of telematches. Molten Lava CakeIngredients• 125g butter, unsalted • 125g dark chocolate couverture• 3 eggs• 75g caster sugar• 35g plain flour

For serving: Vanilla ice cream

Method

1. Preheat oven to 160°C.

2. Place chocolate and butter in a ceramic bowl and melt in the microwave for 40 seconds. Stir and return mix to microwave for another 30 seconds. Stir until chocolate is well melted. Set aside to cool.

3. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs and caster sugar until fluffy. Pour in chocolate mixture and stir well to combine.

4. Next, whisk in flour.

5. Fill batter into a piping bag and pipe into silicone moulds to approximately 3/4 full.

6. Bake in convection mode for approximately 12 to 13 minutes, depending on the size of your mould.

7. Serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side.

Families often bond over a meal, but this time around, parents and kids bonded over a fun session of sushi making at Sakae Sushi! At a recent Kids’ Sushi Making Workshop on 20 November 2011, two dozen people (kids and parents alike) participated in a workshop that taught them how to prepare and put a creative spin to their own sushi. The two-hour workshop was conducted at the outlet in Fahrenheit 88 Mall.

The restaurant’s mascot, a cute little frog, made a special appearance at the end of the workshop. This delighted the kids to bits and they were very excited to take photos with the lovable mascot. Praises for Property & Land Transaction Talk

I used to enjoy shopping, fashion, beauty, sight-seeing

and home decoration. With the arrival of my grandson, I

am most happy to babysit the little one. Though refrained

from doing the activities mentioned, I am never bored
