Stejarii Residential Club

Blue Sand Investment

Out of respect for the environment and responsibility for the process of educating the consumers for the preservation of natural resources, Tiriac Holdings becomes, as of 2013, a green energy producer.

Tiriac Energy - Produse Petroliere

Established in 2012, as part of the Tiriac Energy Division, Oil Energy Trading sets itself to be a successful partner on the field market, by providing appreciated and competitive services.

The company offers a wide range of oil products according to the highest quality standards and unloading safety, in compliance with the environmental requirements.

In the fall of 2013, the company launched its first online platform for trading oil products in Romania and Eastern Europe, with the role of simplifying the purchase process for its clients, as well as to monitor in the best manner the development of the trading partnerships. Ion Tiriac Sports Complex

In 2010, under the coordination of Mr. Ion Tiriac, the Romanian Olympic Foundation started the reconstruction process of a renowned sports complex from the area of Pantelimon. The first stage of the project received a positive answer from the community and the partners who have joined the project so far.

The center offers facilities at international standards: a football court approved by FIFA with 2 stars, a multifunctional court for mini-football, handball, tennis and football tennis, a basketball court, as well as a football pitch and beach volleyball court.

Benefiting from the support and the involvement of its partners, like ENEL Romania, Allianz-Tiriac, Regina Maria, Rompetrol, Romtelecom, UniCredit Tiriac Bank, Viessmann, the City Hall of Sector 2, the first stage of the reconsolidation and development project of the Ion Tiriac Sports Complex has been successfully implemented. However, this is only a promising beginning. We need to help and support children in Bucharest to practice sports in the best conditions.

Established in 2012, Tiriac Property Services offers integrated services for professional administration and operational management of the real estate projects.

Among the property management services offered, the company mediates the negotiation and signing processes for the leasing contracts and the contracts with the suppliers, ensuring thus the representation of the owner in the relationship with the third parties. METRO – Cash & Carry Romania opened the first store in October 1996, also being the first company to introduce on the local market a new sale system – cash & carry, the most modern trade form, with payment on merchandise pick-up.

As of its entry on the market, METRO Romania has focused its activity on offering to its professional clients a wide range of products, with an optimum quality price ratio. Nowadays, the available offer includes more than 19,000 food and non-food items.
