The Project Management module of the BVO for MSCRM offers full tracking capabilities by Project, Sub-Project and Tasks.

This is the Main Project Details screen.It shows all project participants and full customer details.

The administrative owner of this Project is detailed here, along with the Project Status.

Project Billing information and any pre-paid amounts can be entered and tracked.

Project values and budget estimates can be maintained for each level of a project.

Notifications can be automatically sent by email if estimated costs are exceeded.

The BVO for MSCRM will automatically notify the Project Manager by email if the Project reaches the number of hours specified here.

Project budgets and actual hours are tracked and can be reported on.

Informative notes relating to this project can be entered and stored here for future reference.

The Sub-Project Management module of the BVO for MSCRM offers the same full tracking capabilities as for the Project.

This is a Sub-Project Details screen.It shows Sub-Project participants and other Project/Sub-Project Details.

The administrative owner of this Sub-Project is detailed here, along with the Sub-Project Status.

Sub-Project Billing information and any pre-paid amounts can be entered and tracked.

Sub-Project values and budget estimates can be maintained for each level of a Sub-Project.

Notifications can be automatically sent by email if estimated costs are exceeded.

Sub-Project budgets and actual hours are tracked and can be reported on.

The BVO for MSCRM will automatically notify the Project Manager by email if the Sub-Project reaches the number of hours specified here.

Time can be entered against specific tasks and then tracked using the Time Sheets Entry module of the BVO for MSCRM.

This is the Main Task Details screen.It shows all Task Information and full assignment details.

Billing information for this Task is shown here together with any Prepaid amounts.

Estimated hours can be entered when creating the Task. Actual Hours are tracked from Timesheets’ entry.

Notifications can be automatically sent when a Task reaches a specified number of hours remaining.

Estimated costs can be entered when creating the Task. Actual Costs are tracked from Timesheets’ entry.

Notifications can be automatically sent when a Task exceeds its estimated cost.

Additional notes can be entered against any Task.

Hours can be entered against any Task. A description of the Task can also be entered.

The number of hours entered so far for this day is shown here in Report format.

The Billing Type and Billing Rate for this Task can be entered here. The Timesheet is then automatically submitted for approval.

Expenses relating to Projects can be tracked through the TimeSheets and Project Management System

A completed expense form can be connected to a Project task if required. It is then sent for approval once completed

This is a copy of the email that is sent when an expense report is waiting on approval.

It will take you directly to the report.

Here the approval details are tracked and displayed on the Expense form.

And an email is sent back to the employee informing them of the approval of their expenses.
