The Employee Management Module designed for Microsoft Dynamics CRM enables the complete management of all employee details.
This is the Main Information screen.It shows full contact details for each employee.
The Details screen displays Personal and Professional information for each employee.
Employee recruited, started and terminated dates are all tracked.
Annual Leave and Sick Leave balances are automatically calculated for each employee.
All activities between the company and the employee are tracked separately from the main CRM system.
Complete salary package details can be recorded and tracked within the Employee management Module.
Every salary review can be documented and reported on.
As part of each employees development plan, the strengths and needs of each employee can be documented.
All employee qualifications can be recorded.
Part of the next phase of development will be to match qualifications and skills against project requirements.
The Reviewer and the Reviewee can make comments regarding the Performance Plan.
This is a leave request form. This form is part of the Web Based Leave Tracker Module.
The employee is shown the outstanding Annual Leave Balance and the current Sick Leave Balance.
The Employee can then complete an online Leave Application form.
An email is sent to the HR Department advising them that a Leave request is waiting on approval.
Once leave has been requested it is forwarded for approval.
This report shows the status of all leave requests.
Should an additional leave request be submitted, then the system displays the current leave requests it has for this employee..
Reports can be created for an individual or for a group of people – and for a specific set of dates.
All leave requests can be viewed in this comprehensive report.
A complete list of current Leave Tracker users can be viewed at any time.
Remember that Leave Tracker does not require a CRM User Licence for each
Leave Tracker user.
One CRM Licence covers all your Leave Tracker users.
