Our candles are made from all natural, American- grown soy

and high quality fragrances infused with essential oils. They

are hand-poured in small batches in our studio in Brooklyn,

New York. Each candle, from wicking to wax melting to

pouring and wick-cutting, is created with the utmost care and

precision. Our 19th century apothecary inspired labels are

also designed in-house with a nod to an era when goods were

lovingly handcrafted by local artisans.

O R D E R I N G & P A Y M E N T

Opening order minimum: $200 / Reorder minimum $150

The easiest and most convenient way to order would be to place an order in our

online wholesale shop. Please email us at [email protected] so we can

create an account for you. If you prefer we send you an invoice via Quickbooks that

you can pay online, please email [email protected] directly.

Upon approval Net 30 terms may be granted for existing customers. For terms,

you will have to fill out a credit authorization form which we can email to you. Late

payments incur a late fee of 10% per month.

L E A D T I M E + I N V O I C I N G

Current turnaround time for wholesale orders is 5-10 business days at most as

our candles are made-to-order. If the order is larger than 5 cases (60 candles), it

may take up to 15 business days. If we can process your order faster, we will do so.

Additional fees apply for rush orders.

S H I P P I N G + D E L I V E R Y

We can ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS — our wholesale portal allows you to choose

which method of shipping works best for you. Let us know if you have your own

method of shipping, and would like to arrange payment and a pickup yourself. We

will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment.

International orders may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are

calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs

duties and fees. Brooklyn Candle Studio has no control over delivery delays due to

customs.

You may also pick up your order at our studio at Industry City, the bustling hub

of makers and artists located in Sunset Park. Please email us to arrange a time to

pick up.

Retailers located in New York City may schedule an appointment with us via

email to sample the scents in person in our studio. For those who are not local,

All returns must be requested and approved. Requests can be made via email or

phone. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to Brooklyn

Candle Studio within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. After a review of your

request, an exchange will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future

purchase. Exchanges or credit towards future purchases will be based on the

value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees

are not refundable.

Classic and minimal, we sought to create nostalgic scents around light

florals, citruses, and bright herbaceous aromas. Hand poured into

elegant straight sided clear glass jars with modern minimal textured

paper labels.

Inspired by whiling away a Sunday morning at the local farmer’s market, sifting through luscious fruits and freshly picked flowers. Top notes of pear and bergamot float above a heart of jasmine and gardenia with a heady base of amber woods.

Inspired by the fragrant Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, bursting with fleura and fauna. Notes of white gardenia are balanced with lily of the valley, jasmine, and muguet with a heady base of amber woods.

In Savasana, the whole body is relaxed with a focused awareness of every breath. We created a scent inspired by this lightness of being—light floral notes of lotus blossoms and jasmine rise to reveal a warm earthy base of patchouli, amber, and white woods. Infused with calming patchouli essential oil to help dissipate stress.

Reminiscent of the weekend farmer’s market brim-ming with fresh herbs and fragrant spices. Infused with rosemary essential oils and rounded out with calming eucalyptus and coriander to create a crisp herbaceous aroma.

Eucalyptus is rounded out with bright, citrusy notes of lime. Infused with eucalyptus essential oil, this candle promotes relaxation and helps to clear the mind.

G O L D T R A V E L C A N D L E S

These luxe brushed gold candle tins are a travel-friendly way to enjoy

our delicious scents. Also designed in Brooklyn Candle Studio’s

signature minimalist apothecary style, each scent is topped with a

beautiful vintage botanical illustration. Our candle tins are perfect

for scattering throughout the home, sprucing up an office, or adding

instant cozy to a hotel room.
