Broccoli with Feta

and Fried Almonds

Ingredients:

1 broccoli feta

cheesehandful of

almondsgarlic soucemayonnaise salt and

pepper

Instructions:Step 1

• Trim and break apart the broccoli so that they cook evenly.

• In a medium-sized pot, add water and boil it.

• Add 1 teaspoon of salt. Put it on high, and bring it to a boil.

• Pour the broccoli into a colander in the sink, and let cool a bit.

Step 2

• Cut feta cheese into small pieces

Step 3

• On a small frying pan add the almonds, and fry until they are lightly browned, about 2-3 minutes. (Keep an eye on them, they burn very quickly.)

Step 4

• Add 3 table spoons of water and 1 table spoon of mayonnaise to the ready made sauce- mix it all together

Step 5

• Earlier cooked broccoli put on the dish.

Step 6

• On the broccoli put on earlier chopped feta cheese.

Step 7

• Pour salad with garlic sauce

Step 8

• Almonds sprinkled over the top.

Step 9

• At the end add some salt and pepper.
