Here you can retrieve quotes for your clients
It will ask you for your clients name, the property in question and the price they are purchasing/selling or re-mortgaging for.
Here you can select your referral fee and choose to instruct from our panel of solicitors.
You have the option to save your quote and get quote.
If you save the quote, it will be in ’view my quotes’ on the main menu.
If you get quote, a PDF will pop up which has a breakdown of the disbursements.
You can save this and give it to your client.
If you are happy to instruct your case, click ‘proceed to instruction’ This will bring you to the last screen. It will just ask you to provide the clients correspondent address and their contact details.
Once you have instructed a case, you will be able to keep track of it, all your instructions will be in ‘view tracking’

Payment
When your case exchanges, our system will notify us and we will pay into your chosen bank account.
You will receive an email remittance which confirms the case which has exchanged and confirmation of payment.
