Gli sviluppi e le innovazioni per la progettazione impiantistica sono continui sia nel privato che nel pubblico. Per il risparmio energetico, le soluzioni che un studio esperto può fornire spaziano dalla tipologia di impianti alla scelta ed utilizzo delle fonti di energie disponibili di maggior convenienza e nel rispetto dell’ambiente. Studio Protecno reputa importante e necessario effettuare un accurato studio

costi/benefici. La realizzazione di un intervento di tale tipologia comporta quasi sempre un ingente investimento economico, perciò è di fondamentale importanza calcolare il tempo di payback di un investimento cioè il numero di anni necessari a recuperare il capitale inizialmente investito per realizzarlo. In tal modo si riesce cosi ad appurare in modo concreto la convenienza o meno di tali interventi, cioè se il risparmio

annuo ammortizzi l’onere in eccesso in un periodo temporale che il nostro Committente e noi, come consulenti, riteniamo idoneo e redditizio. Così i progettisti di Protecno predispongono “sistemi” in chiave di risparmio energetico studiati e progettati per ogni singolo caso specifico. La normativa vigente stabilisce una serie di vincoli legati alle prestazioni acustiche di un edificio, sia in termini di protezione dei ricettori esterni all’ intervento in corso di progettazione, sia in termini di dimensionamento dei componenti dell’ involucro edilizio (pareti, solai, finestre). Le principali Normative di riferimento sono la Legge

Quadro 447/95, DPCM 05/12/1997, DPCM 14.11.1997 e Leggi Nazionali e Regionali. Protecno, seguendo la commessa a 360 gradi anche in termici acustici, consente così un’ottimizzazione dei materiali e un notevole risparmio sia in termini economici sia in termini di tempo non costringendo alla mediazione forzata tra differenti progettisti. DIAGNOSIS AND ENERGY SIMULATIONS

La diagnosi energetica degli edifici consiste in un elaborato tecnico o più in generale di una relazione che individua le carenze in termini energetici di un edificio. Questa procedura di diagnosi energetica si può effettuare per

esempio per ridurre i consumi di uno edificio: ciò significa individuare i punti di maggiore spesa energetica ed intervenire. Applicare quindi una procedura per ridurre i consumi energetici di un fabbricato. La chiave del

successo in una diagnosi energetica di un edificio è la simulazione, con opportuni software, delle prospettive di investimento e dei tempi di ritorno. Una diagnosi energetica i cui parametri sono inseriti nel software

è in grado, utilizzando valori riconosciuti come veritieri, di dimostrare la convenienza dell’ investimento sia in termini economici sia ambientali.

The energy audit of buildings consists of a technical report which identifies the shortcomings in terms of energy of a building. This procedure of energy diagnosis can be carried out for example

to reduce the consumption of a building, which means finding out the increased energy expenditure and to intervene. You have to apply a procedure to reduce the energy consumption of a building.

The key to success in an energy audit of a building is the simulation with appropriate software, the prospects for investment and return times. An energy audit whose parameters are included

in the software is able, using values recognized as true, to demonstrate the advisability of investing in both economic and environmental terms.

BIM è l’acronimo di Building Information modeling, un modello che contiene informazioni riguardanti l’edificio come la localizzazione geografica, la geometria, le proprietà dei materiali e degli elementi tecnici, le fasi di realizzazione, le operazioni di manutenzione. Il BIM consente di integrare le informazioni utili in ogni fase della progettazione, da quella architettonica a quella esecutiva

e gestionale. Tale sistema permette un miglior lavoro in team, all’ interno del quale progettisti, strutturisti, impiantisti ed impresa edile possono collaborare su un progetto centralizzato occupandosi ognuno della própria disciplina. Con il BIM il progetto risulta essere più completo e preciso, la partecipazione attiva, l’accesso a informazioni sempre aggiornate, e il coordinamento

imposto dalla condivisione di un unico modello riduce drasticamente il tasso percentuale di errori e incongruenze, abbassando il numero di modifiche ed i costi di progettazione, rendendo il tutto più economicamente sostenibile. Inoltre sono numerosi i vantaggi che si manifestano nella fase di cantiere, tra i quali una più alta

coincidenza tra le attività preventivate e quelle che effettivamente sono svolte per portare a termine l’opera. Il tutto si traduce nell’abbassamento del rischio di contenzioso ed in una migliore definizione dei costi da sostenere e dei tempi di realizzazione della fase costruttiva.

Secondly, there are many advantages that occur in construction, like a more high coincidence between the budgeted activity and those are carried out to complete the work; this is by virtue of the strong limitation in the incidence of “unexpected” in general statement of the manufacturing cost.

Quella del coordinatore della sicurezza è una figura professionale importantissima, che riguarda in dettaglio la sicurezza sul lavoro e la regolarità dei cantieri temporanei e mobili. Studio Protecno Srl dispone nell’organico di tecnici abilitati a tale professione ed ha sviluppato notevole esperienza nel settore, divenendo così il riferimento principale per i propri

Committenti coprendo la commessa a 360°. Tale ruolo ha due parti distinte e parallele che possono essere ricoperti anche da due professionisti differenti: il coordinatore per la sicurezza in fase di progettazione e del coordinatore per la sicurezza in fase di esecuzione. Tre sono i testi di legge chiave sui quali si basa il ruolo di questo responsabile della sicurezza nei cantieri.

Tre testi che in ordine cronologico sono: Decreto legislativo 626/94 nota come 626; Decreto legislativo 494/96 “Attuazione della direttiva 92/57/CEE concernente le prescrizioni minime di sicurezza e di salute da attuare nei cantieri temporanei o mobili”, e infine ovviamente il Testo unico sulla sicurezza 81/08.
