Genesis International fze., Ajman, UAE, was founded in September 2004 as an international trading company. The following year Genesis International Limited, Tokyo, Japan was established with a view to widen the scope of operations. Subsequent association with the prestigious Dubai Metro project in various capacities led to the establishment of Genesis Technical Works L.L.C, Dubai in 2009 and shortly thereafter Genesis Engineering L.L.C, Ajman
