As an option, the vehicle can be metal-sprayed. A corrosion-resistant alumi-

nium-zinc alloy is applied by means of thermal spraying. After this treatment

the surface is left slightly rough, which is ideal for the primer to adhere to.

After the anti-corrosion treatment follows the application of two layers of PUR

primer, the adhesive coat and corrosion-prevention for the paint.

The trailer is sprayed– wet on wet in two coats – with high-quality

polyurethane (PU) paint that provides an extremely hard, durable gloss and

excellent scratch resistance. The coating will keep the trailer looking good for

the next 10 to 12 years.
