The Michelin-starred restaurant Elsa showcases its 100 % certified organic cuisine. Fresh fruits and vegetables from local farms around Nice fill the remarkable dishes served in an exceptional setting - a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. Quick, simple and original dishes characterise this menu which takes the best of the Riviera and transforms it into delicious signature dishes.

Le mobilier a en grande partie été dessiné par India Mahdavi.

Here, like everywhere at the Monte-Carlo Beach, almost all the furniture and objects are the fruit of India Mahdavi’s imagination. These unique decorative items have been created in order to blend naturally into the different parts of the building and emphasize the global conceptual vision of the project.

De bonnes raisons pour profiter du cadre paradisiaque du Beach Club et de sa piscine olympique d’eau de mer chauffée à 24°. Dans ce lieu de rêve au bord de la Méditerranée, la plage privée, avec ses cabanas chics de toile rayée, vous tend les bras. Inutile de chercher ailleurs : le Beach Club se charge de tout pour une détente maximale.
Le Deck, le Sea Lounge, La Vigie,trois adresses magiques pour un vrai moment de bonheur.Les sports nautiques ne sont pas en reste, et vous pourrez goûter aux joies des jet-ski, parachute ascensionnel, bouée tractée, ski nautique, flyboard, torpille et autre fauteuil volant, ou opter pour des cours d’aquabike et d’aquagym dispensés par des Maîtres Nageurs Sauveteurs diplômés.
Les enfants aussi ont leur Club et les petits entre 3 et 8 ans pourront participer aux nombreuses activités du Club Enfant, entre le 1er juillet et le 31 août.

Le Deck, le Sea Lounge, La Vigie,3 magical places for moments of pure happiness.Fans of water sports can choose from jet-ski, parasailing, flyboard, inflatable (torpedo, flying chair) and water-skiing or opt for aquabike and aqugym lessons given by certified Swimming coaches.
This is a terrific place for children. Youngsters (age from 3 to 8) can enjoy many activities at the Kiddy Club from 1st July to 31st August.
