Innovation Campus Milano, progettato

dagli architetti Ricardo Flores ed Eva Prats

di Barcellona, nasce dall’idea di dar vita ad

un complesso di uffici ad alta efficienza, in

cui ospitare società che fanno della cultura

dell’innovazione, della tecnologia e di una nuova

concezione del modo di lavorare, i loro must.

The Milan Innovation Campus, designed

by architects Ricardo Flores and Eva Prats

of Barcelona, was born from the idea to

create a highly-efficient office complex that

hosts companies that take part in a culture of

innovation, from their technology and new ways

of working - their “musts”.

Il concept.

Il campus è costituito da tre edifici principali

(a e B già realizzati, mentre l’edifico c è in fase

di realizzazione) a cui va aggiunto l’auditorium,

tutti collegati tra loro attraverso un hub centrale. Il

campus si sviluppa su una superficie di 100.000

mq, di cui 50.000 mq adibiti ad uffici suddivisi su

4 piani fuori terra, 70.000 mq di area a verde e

circa 1.700 posti auto completamente coperti.

interconnected through a central hub. the campus

was developed over an area of 100,000 m2, of

which 50,000 m2 is used for office space (spread

over 4 floors), 70,000 m2 is green space and there

are approximately 1,700 covered parking spaces.

Il campus sorge nel comune di peschiera Borromeo (località san Bovio) ai confini con il parco

agricolo sud di Milano nelle vicinanze del parco Idroscalo, una “silicon valley” tutta italiana situata in una posizione strategica rispetto alle principali vie di comunicazione e di trasporto pubblico.

M ilan’s Innovation Campus, located in the city of Peschiera Borromeo, is in a strategic place

from an infrastructural point of view, and is attractive in terms of landscape as it is adjacent to the Southern Milan Agricultural Park - an Italian Silicon Valley of sorts that is closely tied to the region and Lombardy’s agricultural roots.
