Entering the Reserve Area

Thai Hai tea comes from the La Bang tea reservoir, a fa-

mous tea- growing region of the ancient Xu Thai, Dai Tu dis-

trict, Thai nguyen province. It is made from pure ingredients

and a clear conscience . We use only the highest quality sourc-

es without artificial adding. That is no wonder they taste so

good.

The Lau Chang Mi-a fresh produit of tea, processed with

the traditional processing methodes of local Tay and Nung

growers, absolutely not using chemical pesticides or aroma

You will have first-hand experience of the way the lo-

cal people make Com (young sticky rice) and Giay cake

(ground sticky rice with steamed green bean) using mortar

and pestle. The rhythmic sounds and fabulous scenes will

“please the eye” and absolutely give you a big thrill.

You might want to celebrate yourday with a bonfire and “roast” yourself (to heat you up in winter) or roast sweet potatoes and make popcorns in traditional ways over the fire.

Houses-on-Stilts Village is not only a

homestay, but also is a restaurant spe-

cializes in delicious dishes of the Tay and

Nung ethnics minority. Visitors have the

opportunity to not only enjoy the food,

but to learn about traditional Tay life

first hand.

The local cuisines menu includes: khau

nhuc (well steamed and spiced pork), bar-

becued whole piglet, barbecued buffalow

tenderloin, seasoned roasted chicken, bar-

becued fish, sour bamboo shoot fried with

periwinkle, chicken soup with ginger…or

banana flower salad, fermentedrice hot-

pot, fermented pork rolls...

We select the best sweet Hoa vang sticky rice to make the wine. Every drop of the wine you taste is the product of our traditional winemaking techniques native to the Reserve Area - a secret for hundreds of years.

Absolute committed not to

use any kind of chemical

substances. After distilla-

tion, the wine is stored in

large jar of clay and land-

ing with extended time from

months to years under the

stilt house to remove residue

- aldehyde, thus ensuring

safety for health.
