    Examination

  • 5With DigitalDiagnost Compact, patient data and work

lists are received directly from your RIS.APR parameters

are set as soon as you select the type of examination.

That automatically sets pre-filtration and collimation for

each exposure. The images are automatically processed

with UNIQUE image processing software and sent to the

PACS or printer. No extra manual interaction is

necessary. In addition, the system can simultaneously send

examination information back to the RIS.

    Go for goal

Have you set your sights on a digital goal but are waiting

for just the right moment to make your move? The

DigitalDiagnost Compact system gives your workflow all

the advantages of digital ease and convenience by inte-

grating seamlessly into your hospital network environ-

ment. Plus, its streamlined, cost-effective processes and

high-quality results will delight the administration at your

    Ergonomic strategy

Ergonomic design is immensely valuable in day-to-day

    examinations to ensure excellent workflow.

DigitalDiagnost Compact is a true Philips team player in

    this respect.

For example, the systems vertical stand has a uniquely

designed swiveling detector arm which easily allows you

to make any projection you require. Plus, it provides full

body exposure with its long vertical travel range to

ensure that even the tallest patients are covered. Moving

the detector into a vertical position also enables lateral

    projections.

Procedures are further simplified thanks to

    DigitalDiagnost Compacts state-of-the-art detector

design and technology as well as its automatic, examina-

    tion-specific image processing.

    A reliable player

There are good reasons why a third of all radiography

systems installed in the world come from Philips. One of

these reasons is the supreme quality of every single com-

ponent in Philips systems. This gives you a reliable

workhorse to efficiently and effectively carry out your

    game plan.

Philips components are known not only for their high

quality but also for their ergonomic design just what

you would expect from a company with 6,000 design

    patents.

  • 7UNIQUE advantages

UNIQUE is Philips multi-resolution image processing

software, providing you with consistently high image

quality. In particular, UNIQUE shows its true colors in

those applications where high definition detail is

essential. Plus, it can be easily customized to suit your

personal viewing preferences. Experience for yourself

    how UNIQUE harmonizes quality.

    The perfect shot

Youll benefit from the clear user interface when verifying

images processed by UNIQUE. If the system is integrated

into your hospitals IT infrastructure, the images are sent

automatically to the PACS to be viewed immediately.

  • 8A whole-in-one quality system

    Par for the course

With DigitalDiagnost Compact, you can count on single

detector geometry, which means lower initial costs and

optimized service expenditure. The system gives you

Philips quality you can depend on.

In addition, DigitalDiagnost Compact has an advanced

detector to ensure excellent results. This large, square

detector does not need to be rotated when changing the

view. Plus, it does not require cooling, so there is no noise

to distract you from that all-important shot.

    The driving range

Benefit from exclusive Philips technology. DigitalDiagnost

Compact gives you the entire range of general radiogra-

phy applications in one highly versatile system. Its econo-

mic advantages and customized solutions will match your

digital requirements with the precision of a hole-in-one.
