Château de Coudrée Hotel and Restaurant celebrates more than half a century of activity since their establishment by the Laden family in 1955. Ludmilla, grandmother and great grandmother , started in 1955 with the regretted husband Jean Laden, to transform this 12th century castle to a hotel and restaurant. Catherine, the mother, has been restoring the castle with passion since 1997. She gave the atmosphere by choosing authenticity over ostentatious renovations.

She is also the one who takes care of the vegetable garden. In 2009, she started to produce vegetables and aromatic herbs for the restaurant François 1st. The twin sisters : Marina, who worked with Alain Ducasse, is the chef of the François 1er restaurant and Caroline takes care of hospitality and comfort during your stay at the Chateau. She's been working in Hong Kong and in London for a few years. She came back in 2004 to join the family.

From star to stars : Paris, Monaco at the Louis XV, R&M Meilleur in Savoy... a rich experience among the bests. The Chef Marina REALE-LADEN is rewarded by the guide Gault Millau (3 hat) since 2007. Gastronomic cuisine prepared with the top regional products, following the seasons' rhythm, from our household vegetable garden. Authentic and tasty food with delicate flavors is to describe our chef's cuisine.

The hotel features 17 bedrooms offering authentic decoration and furniture with the comforts of home and outstanding facilities that will make your stay truly enjoyable. There are four categories to choose from: Luxury, Superior, Standard, as well as Family apartment. Services : TV, phone, minibar, bathroom and toilet, safe, room service possible… Included : tennis, sauna, spa against-current swimming, private beach on the shore of the lake.

The Chateau de Coudrée is the perfect venue for your function & a memorable location for a professional event. Our 6 private meeting rooms benefit from natural light and are equipped with a projection screen, a video projector, a "flipchart", free access to the Internet via Wifi, ball-point pens and paper, mineral water on the table. Other equipment may be rented on request.
