Virtually unlimited positioning Agila arm profiles are available in thelengths of 500, 750, 1000 and a unique1250 mm. These can be freely combined,enabling an all en com passing reach of 6 m for a complete double-arm system. All arms, columns and heads feature full330 rotation and ultrafine stop settings.The Agila lift enables vertical, effortless,ergonomic device positioning.

Easy handlingEasyGlideTM bearings make arm rota tionand movement of the supply head or col-umn smooth and effort less, even whenfully loaded. State of the art, easy-to-useelectronic keypads control the braking and lifting functions. Color-coded swivelingjoints and optio nal ergonomic grips sim-plify the positioning of devices. An option-al remote control offers con venient posi-tioning of brake- and lift keypads for theuser.

Crisis confidenceAgila has been especially developed to beas safe to operate as it is convenient. OurDualBrake plusTM option combines theadvantages of both pneumatic and frictionbrakes.

The pneumatic capability prevents un in ten-tional movement or disconnection of lifesupporting systems. In the event of a com-pressed air system failure, many pneumat-ic systems are locked into position andrequire compressed air to release theirbrakes. In case of an emergency, thiscould cost precious time when attempting

to move patients to safety. The DualBrakeplusTM system holds position until the userchooses to release the pneumatic brake.At this point, the friction brake takes over,allowing quick but controlled, drift-freerepositioning of equipment as required.

Contamination! A thing of the pastCertain National Standards demand com-pressed air system integrity when used forthe control/retraction function of medicalgas pendants.

The DualBrake plusTM system meets thisrequirement, by preventing gas used forbrake control from flowing into the patientsupply, thus avoiding potential contamina-tion.

Total mobilityTo increase workflow flexibility, the DrgerMedical Mova Cart solution makes yourequipment mobile.

Together with the Agila docking system,Mova Cart allows you to efficiently inter-change entire pre-configured systems tosuit changing patient acuity demands ormaintenance requirements. When dockedto the column, both the floor based cartand the device are mov ed as an integrat-ed unit, preventing unintentional discon-nection of gas or electrical supply.

Slim design with a wide range of optionsAgila is the perfect solution where spaceis limited. Its small footprint and slenderprofile release more space for the caregiver, support natural light distribution andpermits an improved overview of thepatient.

Agila Column Available in lengths of 500, 1000, 1250 and1500 mm, the Agila supply column featuresmedia installation panels that extend thefull length of the column on both sides andthe back for positioning outlets for gases,electricity or data communication asrequired. Plus, vertical front rails, with atotal loading capacity up to 120 kg, offereasy, infinite height adjustment of shelves,drawers, extension arms and other work-station components.

Agila HeadThe Agila supply head is a compact solu-tion for the OR and ICU, offering up to 120kg load capacity.

The head features media installation pan-els front, rear and bottom for posi tioningoutlets for gases, electricity or data com-

munication as required. Twin vertical stain-less steel tubes can be fitted directlybeneath the head, to accommodate rackcomponents in three standard widths. Therack pro vides an open work area, acces-sible from all sides making it ideally suitedas a general work surface or for device positioning.

Agila Column tubeThe Agila Column tube includes all theadvantages of the Agila stan d ard column.Instead of vertical rails it fea t ures three full-length stainless steel tubes plus horizon-tal stainless steel rails top and bottom,enabling device positioning on all sides.The Agila Column tube is available inlengths of 1250 mm and 1500 mm.

Agila lift systemsThe Agila lift is the ideal solution wherevertical positioning of equipment andmedia supplies is crucial. Whether elec-trosurgical devices and monitors in the ORor ventilation and work sur faces at thepatient bedside, it takes 20 seconds tomove a maximum load of 120 kg throughthe full vertical lifting range. The Agila liftexpress moves up to 80 kg in half that time.
