Dear Children’s Home of Lubbock, Hi! My name is Cameron Babcock and I am 10 years old. I am a member of Broadway Church of Christ, and this year, I felt like God was calling me as a Christian to give a little money this year to the Children’s Home, and this is why. At Thanksgiving Break, our Papa reminded us of Grandma, (This is our Great Grandma) who past away a couple months ago. He said how she was a great Christian, and how she loved us so much. I had no idea she did this, but she planned on giving us each $100. She, and my Great Grandpa who also died wanted us to do these things with our money:

1). Give 10% to the church 2). Give to someone in need 3). Buy something special or save the rest.

I started to cry, because I could almost feel her, like I was standing right on her side. Now, I’ve decided to give it to ya’ll. I pray that this money will be a blessing to you like my Great Grandparents have been to me!

God bless, Cameron Babcock
