PROFILE

Tshepo has over 20 years in the Technology industry he has worked for leading multinational equipment providers e.g. Cisco systems, Oracle,T-Systems as well Service Providers i.e. Telkom SA & Neotel. He has headed up business sales division within Telkom as a National Executive with morethan 6000 employees, for a strategic region contributing over 25% to the business. He was instrumental in the set-up of the client interfacing business units, contributing to the new business processes and change management within the organisation. He was also part of the start-up team for Neotel South Africa in his role as Divisional Head for Public Sector. At Cisco Tshepo worked as a Regional Sales Manager for SADAC region, he delivered~R600 Million rands worth of business in his tenure. In his role at Alcatel Lucent Tshepo concluded a deal which contributed over 75% to the total SouthAfrica business and at T-Systems he was responsible for an account which contributed over 40% to the business.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Thsepos wide experience includes the development of go-to-market business strategies for companies such as Telkom SA and Neotel during the start-up phase. Tshepo has negotiation, project management and vast experience in leading key account teams. Tshepo managed a large outsource project overseeing implementation and managing CAPEX & OPEX budget for T-Systems SA. Prior to his experience in the Telecommunications and Technology space he worked for Development Bank SA where he gained an understanding of Development Infrastructural funding requirements for the region. He was exposed to world class logistics and warehouse management systems at South African Breweries.

BackgroundMr. Pheeha Gilbert Phalafala B.Comm(Unin), FCIBM, FCIS, HDip Tax Law(Wits) served asa Financial and Management Accountant at multi-national companies such as BP Oil, SABreweries and AECI. Mr. Phalafala has held substantial interests in the transport sector and since the mid-1990s, increasingly in the mining industry. He co-founded YakaniGroup (Pty) Ltd. in 1996 and serves as its Chairperson. He served as a Non-executiveDirector at Miranda Mineral Holdings Limited from December 15, 2010 to January 13,2012. He is a serial entrepreneur.
