Health InformationImportant Note: 7th Grade immunization requirements include:
1 dose of Tdap Booster if at least five years have passed since the last dose
1 dose of Meningococcal vaccine
2 doses of Varicella vaccine on or after the first birthday (separated by at least 1 month OR a statement that your child has had the Chicken Pox illness)
Please make sure that your child has had these updates to their immunizations AND that you have provided a copy of the shot record to your child's school nurse so that his/her records can be updated.
YOUR CHILD WILL BE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE 7th GRADE UNLESS THEIR IMMUNIZATIONS ARE UP TO DATE

Students use their Skyward login and select year 16-17 course request and enter the electives
