GENERAL INFORMATIONEnrolmentsTo enrol in our School Holiday program in 2019, you will first need to complete an Enrolment Formwhich is available on our website www.brightonrec.com.au. Completed Enrolments Forms are to beemailed to [email protected], and can be done so at any time prior to bookings opening onWednesday 28 August. Bookings will not be accepted without a correctly completed Enrolment Form. BookingsBookings open on Wednesday 28 August from 7.00pm. No bookings will be accepted before this time.To book, please download and complete the School Holiday Program booking form which is available onour website www.brightonrec.com.au and email it to [email protected]. Full payment isrequired upon booking. Parents are advised not to consider their booking finalised until they receive anemail confirming their child's place in the program, which will be sent to the email address provided. Priority bookings will go to families with both parents working full time. Telephone bookings will not be accepted. Fees$56 per child per day or $70 per child per day for excursion or incursion days. Refunds will only beissued with a medical certificate and no credits will be issued. All families are eligible to receive ChildCare Benefit but to do so must register with the Family Assistance Office (Phone: 13 61 50). OurCustomer Reference No. is 555 010 979A. It is the families responsibility to have their details updatedwith Centrelink and MyGov before submitting a booking form to be eligible to claim CRN benefits. After submitting your booking form, you will need to log into your MyGov account and ‘Approve’ theupcoming care session in order to activate any CRN benefits your family is eligible for. Failure to do somay result in being charged the full fees for the program. HoursThe program operates from 8.00am-6.00pm each day. Children cannot be left at the Centre before thistime. Late fees of $1 per child, per minute will apply for children collected after 6.00pm. Children mustarrive at least 30 minutes before excursions are scheduled to depart. Children who are late forexcursions will not be allowed to stay at the Centre. FoodChildren are encouraged to bring a healthy and adequate lunch, snacks and a drink bottle each day. Please ensure no kiwi fruit, shellfish, egg or nut products are included in your child's lunchbox. ClothingPlease ensure that your child is dressed in appropriate clothing for outdoor play and all clothing &personal belongings are named. Children must not bring any personal items to the program i.e. mobilephone, games etc.
