I helped introduce a Unilevernetworking application to 55000people AURA Technology Management UF P UK amp Ireland

I he ped and a Uni ever networking app ication with 95000 peop e and had a major ro e in the creation of over 55000 accounts working with some of our most senior eaders to he p imp ement better ways of communicating and sharing information interna y The qua ity of the information the speed it moves co aborative working fexibi ity through ess trave and customer contact have a improved I oved being pushed The earning and eadership across business areas and cu tures has been great and Irsquove met an amazing number of contacts across functions g oba y

Thatrsquos a big project for the company I guess it is quite big when you think about it but my manager was a g oba project manager and he was great for giving support and making things manageab e I oved being pushed What did you learn from it The earning and eadership across business areas and cu tures has been great I rea y iked that Irsquod be taking ca s with 80 peop e with a team in the Phi ippines in the morning then doing the same thing with Centra America ast thing Irsquove met an amazing number of contacts across functions g oba y What are some of the broader impacts of this work Chatter works on mobi e so it supports the Uni ever lsquoany time any p acersquo agi e working approach It he ps our sustainabi ity because we avoid trave by working co aborative y on ine The qua ity of the information and the speed it moves is better and it improves inks with customers
