What has your biggest challenge been so far As a Brand and Marketing Investment contro er I was invo ved in a big project ca ed BMI Reset Itrsquos a European project that identifes savings in our marketing activities which we can reinvest into other initiatives that have a higher impact on the business Not having that much work experience under my be t yet meant it was quite a big cha enge to be working with huge teams very diverse stakeho ders and getting used to different ways of working This is a time when your fexib e working ski s are put into practice

What was your role within the project I managed the project for Uni ever Spain Besides the research and the project work itse f I was the one eading on coordinating timings and the different stakeho ders

I received va uab e support from my team co eagues as we One of the most diffcu t cha enges was to convince our brand teams that the project objective was not to cut their budgets but rather to keep on improving our ways of working We were very happy with the outcome at the end of the project We managed to achieve savings that cou d be reinvested into more effcient projects We divided the work streams amongst different teams so we cou d ook for more opportunities in the market and to take advantage of every team memberrsquos ski set and know edge

What have you learned I earned that if you can motivate the who e team peop e perform better You just have to search for that motivationa key that eads to success In particu ar it has he ped me to see how different teams work and how to ead them to the best outcomes
