Philominal (Grand Son of Mr. Anthonymuthu Rajendran and Mrs. R. Chinnamal) M. Moses Antony Rajendran was born in 1975 in Kalasapuram, B.H.EL., Trichy – 620014, Tamil Nadu, India. His father name is Mr. R. Maria Francis and Mother name is M. Philominal. His native village is Kovandakuruchi, Pullampadi route, Lalguidi Taluk, Trichy District, Tamil Nadu, India. But he was born and brought up upto the age of 23 in B.H.E.L. Kailsapuram, Trichy, Tamil Nadu. He did his primary and middle schooling in R.S.K and B.H.E.L. Tamil Medium Middle School in Trichy - 14 from 1978 to1988. He completed his high and higher secondary schooling in the year of 1990 and 1992 respectively at Boiler Plant Boys Higher Secondary School in the areas of General Science, Social Science, Mathematics, Commerce, Accountancy and Economics. After his grade 12, he attained his B.Com., and M.Com., course in regular programme at St. Joseph’s College (Jesuit Society), Trichy from 1992 to 1997. He also cleared typewriting higher grade passed in English under the Tamil Nadu State Government in the year of 1992. He attained his M.Phil., in Corporate Secretaryship in Alagappa University, Karikudi, Tamil Nadu in the year of 1999. He did his 3 Years Masters of Information Technology programme in Manipal Academy of higher education in the year of 2004. Teaching and Research Experiences : He has been working in different higher educational institutions in the areas of commerce, management, accounting, finance and management information systems. Initially he joined as lecturer in commerce at PGP College of Arts and Science, Namakkal, Paramathivellor, Tamil Nadu in 1997. Then he moved to different higher educational institutions to gain experiences in his areas. His designations and working institutions are Lecturer in Commerce in PGP College of Arts and Sciences, Namakkal, Tamil Nadu from July 1997 to June 1998, Lecturer in Commerce in St. Joseph’s College, Jakhama, Nagaland from February 1999 to August 1999, Head of Department in Management in Premier College of Management, Vijayanagar, Bangalore, Karnataka from September 1999 to September

2001, Assistant Professor in Management in Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship, Electronic City, Bangalore, Karnataka from September 2007 to April 2008, Assistant Professor in Management in M.S. Ramaiah College of Advanced Studies, Bangalore, Karnataka from June 2008 to April 2009, Assistant Professor in Commerce in Loyola College, Chennai, Tamil Nadu from June 2011 to October 2011 in India. His abroad teaching and research experiences are Senior Lecturer in Commerce at Sherubtse College, Kanglung, Bhutan (Now Royal University of Bhutan) from September 2001 to September 2007, Associate Professor in Accounting and finance in Adama University, Adama, Ethiopia from October 2009 to January 2011, Mekelle University, Mekelle, Ethiopia from October 2011 to August 2012 and right now he is working as Associate Professor in Wollega University, Nekemte Campus, Wollega from September 2012 onwards. Apart from this he also did part-time job for the students and institutions benefits. Tamil Nadu in 1998.

Practical Experiences in Auditing and Accounting: He Worked as a full time Trainee under SRN Rajendran Auditor Office in Trichy, Tamil Nadu from May to June 1997. He also Worked as part time trainee under Mathi, Bangalore, Vijayanagar, Bangalore in 2000 and he did accounting work for Premier College of Management Studies, Banglore, India in 2000.

Additional Experiences: He Participated in 60th Independence Function, Indian Embassy, Thimpu in August, 2006. He also active participant and attended N.S.S special camps in St. Joseph’s College, Trichirapalli Dt. Tamil Nadu in the years of 1992-1995. In addition to the B.Com and M.Com programme he attended foundation course (SHEPHERED PROGRAMME – SCIENCE AND HUMANITES FOR PEOPLE’S DEVELOPMENT : Study about different kinds of villagers problems.) at St. Joseph’s College, Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India from 1995-1997. He also did social service for the Leprosy people in the year of 1987.

Travelled Places : He travelled different places in the world. They are, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Karnataka, Andhrapradesh, Goa, Kerala, Orissa, Delhi, Assam, Maharashatra, Egypt, UAE, Greece, Yemen, Ethiopia, Kenya and Bhutan.

About Him : Atlast but not least he is very critical, analytical and logical in his subject areas. He is also very intelligent to carry out the research successfully. His rhetoric skills always help for the institution, students and nations. His 18 years of teaching and research experiences in India on University Grant Commission and AICTU Programme, Bhutan on SAARC Programme and Ethiopia on UNDP programme which always help for the higher educational development in the world. He is also socially very decent and honest.
