FAQ1. Q: How about the order procedure?

A： Firstly, we discuss order details, production details by email or instant messenger etc.

Secondly, we issue you a PI (Proforma Invoice) for your confirmation. You will be requested to do prepay or deposit before we begin mass production.

Thirdly, after we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Our leadtime is usually 7-15days if we don’t have stock.

Fourth, before production finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment.

Fifth, after payment has been settled, we start to prepare the delivery and shipment for you.

2. Q: How about the "Quality Assurance"?

A: Our company has founded more than ten years. Quality is regarded as our life. We have spot inspection and finished product inspection.

We strictly check the goods when they go into next production procedure. 100% QC inspection before shipment.

3. Q: How to install and adjust?

A: When the machine reaches at yours, you can install and adjust the machine according to the instruction booklet or our installation video.

If possible, we will send engineers to install.

4. Q: How can I pay you?

A: After you confirm our PI (Proforma Invoice), you can pay for it by T/T (HSBC bank) or Western Union, etc.

2). 12 month guaranteed and life-long maintenance by a specialized, well-trained technicians who are

on standby ready to help.

3). We promise all spare parts available in lifetime use.(P.S. the easily-worn parts are also paid even during warranty period. )

4). If the machine gets broken during warranty period, the related spare parts are free, but the express fee belongs to buyer.

If a local technician needed to repair it, the cost born by the seller. Or you can ask our agent at your local to help repair it.

5). If the machine gets broken after warranty period, the related spare parts are chargable, and the express fee belongs to buyer.
