BRICKS teachers strive to ensure that their teaching meets the needs of EVERY child,and recognises that all CAN read for fluencyand comprehension within 4 terms, whenevidence based strategies are used withina stimulating environment, and when a solidpartnership, and open communication between school and family is fostered. BRICKS teachers are self reflective, and haverealistic, but high expectations for themselves and their students.
