I managed the Environmental Program for Samsung C&T located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Samsung

is the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for Dubai Parks and Resorts. I inspected and audited nine

(9) consultants which manage approximately forty-two (42) contractors. I developed and maintained

Environmental Guidelines and Communication Protocols specific to the consultant’s role in the

supervision of the contractors and subcontractors regarding compliance to the environmental

requirements as contained in their contracts. I carried out surveillance to ensure that all stakeholders’

employees on site adhered strictly to the environmental requirements of the program/project at all times

by taking proactive measures. I ensured the contractor’s and subcontractor’s notified, reported and

investigated all incidents/accidents including “near miss” taking place on site as set in the General

Conditions of the Construction Contract and as deemed necessary by the Supervision Engineer. I managed

and monitors the contractors suitably and sufficiently managed the environmental performance and

behavior of their subcontractors, suppliers and vendors working for them on site at all times. I cooperated
