ECHAlliance Connected Health Permanent Ecosystem
Patients must be at the centre of the Ecosystem as the users of connected health services. Patients will help to drive the design and innovation in connected health services and in so doing take more control over their conditions for better health and quality of life.

Connected Health White Paper Launch
Confused about Connected Health? Many people are using a range of terms to describe Connected Health products and services. Recognising the challenges this can pose, we have worked with one of our Foundation Partners, Wragge & Co, to produce a White Paper summarising the various definitions. We hope this will be a helpful reference point for those businesses and organisations working in digital health, eHealth, mHealth, telecare, telehealth and telemedicine. http://www.echalliance.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/Connected-Health-White-Paper.pdf

A marketplace of ideas, partner identification, project development & coordination to access EU funds
In response to the many enquiries received from both ECHAlliance members and non-members regarding H2020, we have created a European Projects Team (EPT). The Team is experienced in writing proposals, creating consortia, administering projects, leading work packages and delivering outcomes. We understand that many organisations are considering bidding for H2020 funding and may be looking for someone to lead a proposal, seeking partners or want the ECHAlliance to consider being a partner in your proposal. We are happy to discuss and support requests where possible.

eHealth week 2014: Greece working with ECHAlliance for eHealth Forum Following eHealth week in Dublin in May 2013, Greece announced plans for the eHealth Forum to be held under the Greek Presidency in May 2014. In a press release it recognised the introduction of the concept of "eHealth ecosystems" by the Irish Presidency, stating that it presents a true challenge for the further development of meaningful partnerships through the engagement of the entire range of health, wellbeing and social care stakeholders, from both the private and the public sector. It announced that it will be working jointly with ECHAlliance to facilitate industry engagement. At the Invitation of the Greek Government the ECHAlliance visited Athens in July and have actively worked with the Public Health Agency in preparations for the EHealth Forum to be held in May 2014 in Athens under the Hellenic Presidency.
