• Prepare what you can the night before you will need it.

• Choose healthy, travel friendly options, like overnight oats.

Breakfast on the Run

• Whirr frozen fruit, lowfat yogurt, and 100% fruit juice together for a quick smoothie.

• Then you can just pour it into a mug and zip right out the door.

Breakfast on the Run

• Build your own breakfast sandwich…– Lean protein (eggs, turkey bacon, etc)– Whole grains (whole grain toast or muffin)– Vegetables (tomato, spinach, etc)

Lunch on the Run

• Fill a thermos or travel mug with pureed vegetable soup.

• Choose broth-based soups over cream-filled options.
