    students in UiTM Shah Alam.

    Instruments A questionnaire was devised to gather data on

    Data Collection 100 sets of questionnaire were distributed to

    students from different programs in UiTM ShahAlam

    Forty five sets for male students and fifty five setsfor female students

    Data Analysis Only 94 sets of questionnaire were being

    processed.

    39 sets from male students and 55 sets fromfemale students.

    Frequency counts and percentages of thequantifiable data were computed and converted intobar graph.

    We can conclude that majority of students inUitm Shah Alam understand that breakfast isimportant.

    The data show majority of students in UitmShah Alam choose to sleep more as thereason why they skip breakfast.

    The survey indicates that only 58.51% of

    students in Uitm Shah Alam take breakfastwhile the rest not take breakfast.

    We recommend Health Centre or otherauthorities to conduct campaign about theimportance of breakfast to improve thestudents awareness on breakfast.

    Students that sleep more are recommendedto take snack middle breakfast.

    We recommend students who do not take

    breakfast change their altitude to takebreakfast
