The Concept of trust:

UNITED NATIONS

The basic principles:

- Defense auto determination of the everyone

people.

- Every country are equal by International Law as

well as independent and sovereign.

- Defense of the development social economic.

- Guarantee the peace and security in International

Scenario.

- Defense of Human Rights.


The agreement was based in past trial of the

Viena’s Group (USA, Russia, France, China, UK

and Germany) and International Agency of Atomic

Energy, but the similar difference was among these

agreements are that by first time the Iranian

Republic signs something and until now didn’t

desist the Agreement among Brazil, Turkey and

Iran in spite of the approval of the last sanctions by

Security Council of United Nations. Then, the

principle of trust in the case was broken, the Great

Powers didn’t wait the agreement and put sanctions

in the Agenda.


Both approaches rationalist and blinding are put in

this agreement, where Brazil and main Turkey are

interesting by International Security in a region

really complicated for International Politics, the

Middle East. So, the agreement among Brazil-Iran-

Turkey has looked a guarantee of security and

peace, putting in the same trial some normative

mechanism to get this agreement its efficiency

according the International Agency of Atomic

Energy, organism of United Nations for atomic and

nuclear questions.


Otherwise, the Iranian regime has a famous that it

didn’t accomplish last agreement signed by its

governments. This enforces argumentations of the

Great Powers which Iran only is interested to gain

time for production of its Nuclear Bomb. According

the intelligence service of these countries, Iran is

near to do the Nuclear Bomb. But this argument

can be a mistake like proved in the case of Iraq.


To conclude, this agreement and its respective rejection by many governments around of world and Brazilian media too. These actions exemplifies that Great Powers and other organizations are not ready to assume a position of trust in International Politics field mainly in equal situations. Because it’s more easier to the Great Nations do an agreement in a situation of superiority in relation to others countries for enforces its power and influence. The rejection of this agreement refuses the development independent of the poor nations as well as own security in a difficult geopolitical arena which is Middle East, recognized by United Nations.
